Minutes of a special meeting of the President and Board of True-
tees of the Village of Mount Proapeot held in pursuance of the foll-
owing order of the President.
"Mr. Henry J. Ehardt Feb. 11, 1922.
Village Clerk, Mount Prospect, Ill.
Dear Sir:
You are hereby directed to call a apeoial
meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect, for the purpose of taking up the matter of calling
a special election and to take up suoh other business as may come
before the meeting.
This apeoial meeting is to be held at William
Willets Hall at the hoar of 8 o'clock P. M. Saturday February 18, 1922.

The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
Thereupon the clerk read an ordinance app ointi
clerks for a special election to be held Mar 14, 192 for
the purpose of voting on water bonds of the Village of Mount Prospect
aaid ordinance be ing designated as ordinance No. 36.
It was duly moved by trustee Beige', seconded by trustee Heide
that said ordinance be passed.
Ayes; Roll Call.
; Beigel, Clausing, Goach, Heide, Holate Mecklenburg.
Nays: Hone, g
Motion earried, ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the following deed.
"This Indenture made this 15 day of February A.D. 1922,
by and between William Busse and Dina Busse, his wife, Lotis C. Busse
and Louise Busse, his wife, Edward Busse and Emma Busse, his wife,
George Busse and Nary Busse, his wife, Louie F4 Busse and Mathiida
Suss., his wife, William Busse Jr., and Emma Busse, his wife, aid
Albert E. Busse and Emma Busse, his wife, all of the Village of Moun
Prospect; County of Cook and State of Illinois, parties of the first
part, hereinafter palled the Grantors, and the Village of Mount Pros-
pect, Illinois, a municipal corporation organized and existing under
the laws of the State of Illinois, party of the second part, herein-
after referred to as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the said Grantors, in oonsideration
of ten dollars (140.00) and other good and valuable oonaiderations,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release,
alien, convey and oonfirm unto the said Grantee and its auooessors,
the following desoribed real estate, situated in the County of Cook
and State of Illinois, towit:
Park Lot in Block Eight (8) in Busae's Eastern Addition
to Mount Prospect in the East Ralf (R 1 /2) of Section Twelve (12)
Township Forty -one (41) North, Range Eleven (11) East of the Third
Prineipal Meridian.
To have and to hold the said premises unto the said
grantee and its suopessor.a..forever,..hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exeaption Laws of
the State of Illinois.
It` is expressly, understood and agreed that the lands here-
by conveyed are oonveyed by the Grantors and aooepted by the said
Grantee on the following express conditions:
Condition Ono: The lands herein oonveyed are to be used
and maintained in perpetuity by the Grantee for park and play-
ground purposes exousively and for no other purposes.
Condition Two: Whenever the owners of the land adjoining
the property oonveyed by this Deed shall extend the side -walks from
east and west, respectively, to the park lot, then the Grantee shall
build a side -walk along the northc;eiid of the within park -lot, next
to Busse Avenue, and shall also join in all and any street improve-
ments to be made along the same line, at its, the Grantee's expense.
Condition Three: Whenever the property owners across the
street from park lot shall deoide upon improvements in Owen Street
and Sehool Street by providing street improvement; sewers and water -
mains, the Qxattas herein shall join in such improvments, at its ex-
pense.
Condition Four: It is father agreed that in the event of
a breach of the forgoing conditions , or of any or either of them,
that the title to the lands hereby oonveyed shall revert to the
said Grantors and their heirs shall thereupon have the right to re-
enter upon and take pasession of the lands hereby conveyed.

County, in the State aforesaid, DO HEREBY CERTIFY That William
Busse and Dina Busse, his wife, Louis C. Busse and Louise Buses, his
wife, Edward -Busse and Emma Busse, his wife, George Busse and Mary
Busse, his wife, Louis F. Busse and Mathilda Busse his wife, William
Busse Jr. and Emma Busse, his wife, and Albert Busse and Emma Busse
his wife, personally known to me to be the same persona whose names
are aubsoribed to the foregoing instrument, appeared before me this
day in person, and acknowled$ed that they signed, sealed and delivered
the said instrument as their free and voluntary aot for the uses and
purposes therein set fort1A, including the release and waiver of the
right of homestead.

It was duly moved by trustee Haste, seconded by Trustee Gooch
that said deed be aooepted and that the clerk be direoted to record
same in the office of the Reeorder of Deeds of Cook County.

-Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Seigel, seconded by
trustee Holste that bill from the Busse Land Co. for 65 Blm trees
at 11.80 each for the awn of *117.00 be paid and the Clerk be directed
to issue warrant for same.

• Motion carried ayes four, nays two.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
