Minutes of a special meeting of the President and Board of
trustees held in pursuance of the following order of the President
(:: April 19, 1921.

Dear Sir:
You are hereby directed to call a special meet-
ing of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Mount Prospect for the purpose of canvassing the vote of the
election of April 19th, 1921 and to transact such other business
as may come before the meeting, said meeting to be held April 22,
1921, at the usual time and place.

The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
Minutes of the meeting of April 5th were ordered read and
on motion duly made seconded and carried accepted as read.
(2 The following bills having been approved by the proper
oommittees were read by the clerk.

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee
Seigel that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue
warrants for same.

'Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the Board prooeeded to the canvassing of the votes
of the election of April 19, 1921.

(:: It was duly moved by trustee Pohlman, seconded by trustee
Haberkamp that
William Busse be declared elected as Village President
Henry Clausing be declared elected as Village Trustee
Herman Heide be declared elected as Village Trustee
Chasles Mecklenburg be declared elected as'.Village Trustee
John P. Moehling be declared elected as Police Magistrate.
Roll Call.
Ayes: Beige..,'Bueee, Gooch, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlman.
Nays: None.
, Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read an ordinance to repeal ordinance num-
ber 20, number 22 and number 23 relating to the licensing and regul-
ating of certain businesses, occupations, callings and employments,
said ordinance being desinated as ordinance No. 29.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee
Pohlman that said ordinance be passed.
Roll Call.
Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Gosch,aaberkamp, Hoists, Pohlman.
Nayes: None.
'Motion carried, ayes six, nays none.
C Thereupon the clerk read an ordinance to repeal ordinance num-
ber 19 and ordinanoe number 26 relating to the licensing of auto-
mobiles, wagons and other vehicles in the village of Mount Prospect
said ordinance being designated as ordinance number 3o.
It was duly moved by trustee Busse, seconded by trustee Holste
that said ordinance be passed'

Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Gosoh, Haberkamp, Hoists, Pohlman.
Hayes: None.
