The President called the meeting to order.
The clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
The minutes of the meeting of Feb. lst 1921 were read and-on
motion duly made seconded and carried accepted as read.
4:: Thereupon the clerk read the treasurer's report as follaws and
s ame was on motion duly made seconded and carried accepted as read
and ordered placed on file.

Thereupon the clerk read the following bills said bills having
been approved by the proper committees.

It was duly moved by trustee Gosch seconded by trustee Beigel
that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.

Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the following letter from the Village
President.
Mount Prospect, Feb. 14th. 1921.
To the Members of the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Mount Prospect:
Gentlemen:
By virtue of authority conferred upon
me by ordinance, I hereby appoint Louis Mecklenburg Special Police
and respectfully ask your concurrence therein.

Village President.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that the appointment be
concurred in.
Thereupon the Clerk read the following contract for Street
lights submitted by the Northwestern Light and Power Company.
Contract.
This agreement made and entered into by and between the North-
western Light and Power Co. an Illinois corporation , hereinafter
referred to as thefCompany ", and the Village of Mount Prospect a
Municipal corporation hereinafter referred to as the "Villagen,
Witnesseth
The Company herewith agrees to furnish electric - lights for
streets in the Village of Mount Prospect, said lights being twenty
(20), or such father number as may be installed, 100 watt Mazda
lamps, to burn thirty (30) days per month from the hours of twilight
to 1.00A. M. and the Village agrees to pay annually therefor the
sum of thirty five (35) dollars per light payable in monthly install-
ments.
'This contract shall extend for a period of one (1) year from
March 1, 1921.
It was duly moved by trustee Gosah, seconded by trustee Pohlman
that the contract be accepted and that the President be authorized
and directed to sign and the the Clerk to countersign same for the
Village.

Thereupon Mr. George Busse as owner of lot A block 6 of Busse's
Eastern Addition to Mount Prospect in the E 1/2 of Section 12 T.41
N. R. 11 E. of the 3rd P. M. submitted a plat subdividing said lot
A. into'll lots to be known as lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 1'7, 18, 19,
20, 21 and 22 of block 6 of the above mentioned subdivision.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee
Pohlman that said plat be approved and the President and Clerk be
authorized and directed to sign same for the Village.

Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Gosah, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlman.
Nays: None.
-Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon Mr. Ernst Busse requested that the Board determine
the amount that the village would pay for the storage of Fire truck
in William Busse & Son Co. Garage.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by trustee Beigel
that the sum of45.00 per month be paid for the storage of Fire truck
in Busse Garage begining March 1, 1921 payable annually.

Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Gosch seconded by trustee
Beigel that the sum of one hundred (100) dollars be paid 'William
Busse & Son Co. for the storing of fire truck in their garage. from
Jan. 1, 1919 to March 1, 1921, a total of 26 months and that the
President be authorized and directed to sign and the clerk to counter-
sign and issue a warrant in favor of ° William Busse & Son Co. for the
sum of one hundred (100) dollars.

Thereupon Mr. William Busse Jr. informed,tkhe meeting that two

It was duly moved, seconded that
ferred to the Fire and Water Commie
report their finding6 to the board at their next meeting.
Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by
trustee Holste that the treasurer be authorized and directed to
transfer fifty (50) dollars from the Police protection fund to the
Fire protection fund.

Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read an Ordinance to amend an ordinance
entiltled an ordinance to regulate the use of Motor Vehicles and
Motor bicycles within the Village and to provide penalties for
• the infraction thereof said ordinance being designated as ordinance
No. 28.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee
Busse that said ordinance be passed and published acording to law.

Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Gosch, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlman.
Nays: None.
Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the President appointed the following to serve as
judges and clerks of election at the elrction to be held April 19,
1921.
Judges: George Busse, John P. Moehling, Louis C. Dunteman.
Clerks: Adolph Wille, Fred W. Busse, Edwin Wills.
It was duly mooed by trustee Pohlman seconded by 'trustee Haber -
kamp that the appointments be concurred in.

Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Gosch, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlman.
Hayes: None. Motion carried ayes Six, nays none.
