The President called the meeting to order.
The clerk called the roll all trustees excepting trustee Busse
responding present.
Minutes of the meeting of Dec. 7th 1920 were read and on motion
duly made seconded and carried accepted as read.
The Treasurer's report as follows was read and on motion duly made
sevondeci and carried accepted and ordered placed on file.

Thereupon a letter from Mr. Edward Zinkel enclosing warrants issued
to Mr. Herman Heide, Mr. Albert Greinke and Mr. Edward Zinkel, stating
tiat they refused to accept same in payment for labor at the rate of
fifty Dents per hour.was read.
It was duly waved seconded and carried that letter and warrants
be referred to the chairman of the Street and Sidewalk committee for
him to take the matter up with Mr. Heide, Mr. Greinke and Mr. Zinkel
Thereupon trustee Haberkamp introduced the following resolution.
" Resolution"
, C "Whereas, there is not sufficient money in the treasury of the
Village to meet and defray the ordinary and necessary expenses thereof
until the collection of the taxes levied for the fiscal year beginning •
May 1, 1920, therefor -,
Be it resolved, that a fund be provided to meet all said expenses
by issuing and disposing of warrants against and in anticipation of the
taxes now levied for the said fiscal year begining May 1, 1920 for the
payment of all such ordinary and necessary expenses of such village.
That the said fund shall be in a total amount of one thousand dollars
(1000.00) or such portion thereof as shall be needed to meet and defray
the said ordinary and necessary expenses; that the warrants drawn and
issued under the provisions hereof shall show upon their face that they
are payable solely from said taxes when collected and not otherwise, and
shall be received by the collector of taxes in payment of the taxes
against which they are issued and which taxes against which said warrants
are drawn shall be set apart and held for their payment; that the
President be and is hereby authorized and empowered to sign and execute
and the clerk to countersign all warrants and instuments necessary for
carrying out of this resolution.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee Pohlman
that said resolution be adopted.

Ayes: Beigel, Gosoh, Haberkamp, Holste Pohlman. Nays: none.
Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the following bills said bills having been
approved by the proper committees.

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by trustee Gosch
' that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to draw warrants for
same.

Ayes; Beigel, Gosch, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlman. Nays none.
Motion carried ayes five nays none.
On motion duly made seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
