Owing to the lack of a quorum meeting was postponed to Thursday Nov. 4,2M
Nov. 4th. 1920.
The President called the meeting to order.
The ClerkGalled the roll all trustees responding present.

Thereupon the clerk read the following bills said bills having been
approved by the proper committees.

It was duly moved by trustee Gosoh, seconded by trustee Holste that
said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants for
same. Roll Call.
Ayes:- Beigel, Busse, Gosoh, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlmann. Nayes none.
Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the applicationof Chas Bellendorf to dig
up central road between Elmhurst Rd. and R. R, crossing for the
purpose of laying a drain tile and the application of G. R. Waymann to
dig ditch across Etombreeh Ave. and along Lincoln St. for the purpose
of laying drain tile.
It was duly moved 'and carried that said permits be granted and that
the laying of tile along Lincoln St. be done under the supervision of
the Chairman of the Street $ Sidewalks Committee.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that the clerk be directed
to write a letter to the Chicago telephone Co. calling their attention
to their promise to refund to their customers , of Mount Prospect over
charges made in the past 17 months.
Thereupon trustee Gooch introduced the foliowin resolution.
" Whereas Sophie Pohlmann widow of William Pohlmann, Louis W. Pohl -
mann Hermann H. Pohlmann, John W. Pohlmann, Walter Pohlmann and
Edward Pohlmann propose to dedicate a strip of ground 66 feet wide
across their farm paralel and adjoining the Northwestern Railway Co'$
Right of Way for the sum of one hundred dollars (4100.00) and the futher
sum of four hundred dollars (4400.00) provided an eightoen foot pavement

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by trustee Busse
that said resolution be papsed .
