The President oailed the meeting to order.
The Clerk oalled the roll all trustees excepting trustee Gosch
responding present.
The olerk read -the minutes of the meetings of Sept. 7th and Sept.
18th 1920 and same were on motion duly made seoonded and carried accepted
as read.
Thereupon the clerk read the following agreement signed by William
Seegers.
" Sept. 20th 1920.
Reoeived from the Tillage Board of Mount Prospect the sum of $60.00
as earnest money. Balanoe of 41000.00 to be paid as follows : -
►500.00 cash on delivery of plat and 4500.00 by village vauoker
payable March 1, 1921, without interest. In return the undersigned
agrees by proper deeds, releases or plat dedioations to dedioate
a road along, over and aoross the west 66 feet of his farm from
the Town line Road N. W. to the limits of his farm.

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee Beigel
that said agreement be aocepted and approved.

Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Haberkamp, Holste, Pohlmann, Nays none.
Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon Mr. william Seegers presented a plat signed by him de-
dioating a strip of cad 66 feet wide through his farm for road purposes
said strip of land v Mount Prospeot Road in a northwesterly dir-
eotion to the west of said William Seegers Farm, said track of
land lying immediately north and adjoining the Northwestern Railraad
Co. Right of Way, said track of land containing 1 and 713/100 acres.
It was duly moved by tratee Haberkamp seconded by trustee Beigel
that the President be authorized and directed to sign and the clerk
to countersign two warrants drawn in favor of William Seegers each for
the sum of 4500 . One payable at onoe and one payable March 1st,
1921 said warrants being in payment for the above mentioned track of

Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Haberkamp, Hoists, Pohlmann. Nays none.
Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Pohlmann seoonded by trustee
Holste that the plat submitted by Mr. Wm. Seegers be approved and that
the President be authorized to sign and the clerk to countersign same,
,
and that the olark be directed to have said plat recorded.

Motion oarried ayes five , nays none.
Thereupon the olerk read the treasurer's report as follows and same
was on motion duly made seoonded and carried accepted as read and ordered
plaoed on file.

Thereupon the clerk read the bill from the Northwestern Light and
Power Go. for Sept. 1920 Street lights for the sum of 450.00 said bill
having been approved by the proper committees.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by trustee Busse
that said bill be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrait for
same.
Roll Call.
Ayes: Beigel, Busse, Haberkamp, Haste, Pohlmann. Nays None.
Motion carried ayes five, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the following communication from the
President, addressed to the Board of Trustees.
" Gentlemen:
By virtue of authority conferred upon me by ordinance I
hereby appoint the following as special police officers for the ensuing
fiscal year and respectfully ask your concurrence therein.
Friedrich Krohn.
Albert W. Gahl.

It was duly moved seconded and carried that said appointments be
concurred in.
Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Pohlmann seconded by trustee
Beigel that the Health and Drainage Committee be authorized and directed
to have ditch in Mr. Reese land oleanded.

Motion oarried ayes five, nays none.
Threrupon on application of Mr. Albert , Wille it was duly moved,
seconded and carried that the clerk be directed to issue permits to
the Public Service Co. of Northern Illinois giving said Co. permission
to dig up Wille St. for the purpose of extending their gas main and
laying service lead to new residence of Mr. Christ Willeesisameeseikteme,
and to dig up Elm St. for the purpose of extending their gas main and
laying lead to Mr. Albert Willes new house on lot 17 blook Busse's
and Wil1A's Resubd. in Mt. Prospect also permis3ion to dig up Maple St.
fromahhe gas main in said street to new residence of Mr. H. W. Busse's
for the purpose of laying gas lead.
On motion duly made seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
