President William Busse galled the meeting to order.
The followi#g trustees were present, L.C. Busse, Ernst Gosoh and
Henry Haberkamp.
It was duly moved and parried that Mr. Gosoh apt as clerk protem
the village clerk being absent due to illness.
The treasurer's report as follows was read, and on motion duly
made seconded and carried ordered placed on file.
General Fund.
Balance on hand January 6, I920 4109.81
Expenditures 43.62
Balance on hand 66.19
Vehicle License Fund.
Cash on hand January 6, 1920 420.66
Receipts 3.76
Balance on hand 24.41
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee
Gosoh that bill of 441.66 from the Northwestern Light and Power 00.
for January Street lights be paid and the clerk be directed to issue
warrant for same.
Roll Call.
Ayes: Busse, Gosoh, Haberkamp, Mr. President.
Motion carried.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that the clerk be directed
to write to the Chicago Telephone Go.oalling their attention to the
excess charges being made by them for eight party line service.
On motion meeting adjourned.
