The President called the meeting to order
The Clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
The minutes of the meeting of Sept. 13 I9I9 were read and , same
were on motion duly made seconded and carried accepted as read.
The treasurer's report as follows was read and on motion duly made
seconded and carried ordered placed on file.

were read by the clerk.

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee Pohlmann
that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.

Motion, ayes six, nays none.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee Pohlmann
that the President be authorized and directed to instruct the Village
attorney to proceed to collect Vehicle tax due the village of Mount Pros-
pect from Mr. Alfred Busse.

Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon trustee Gosch introduced an ordinance amending an ordinance
to license and regulate certain businesses, occupations, callings and
employments as expressed therein, and to provide the term the fee and the
l method of procuring and issuing such license, together with the conditions
under which same are issued, And fixing a penalty for violations of this
ordinance, said ordinance being designated as ordinance No.22, which the
clerk read.
It was duly moved by trustee Pohlmann seconded by trustee Holste that
said ordinance be passed.

Motion parried ayes six, nays none.
On motion duly made seconded and parried application of William
Busse & Son for permission to build drive -way from cement concrete
pavement to their garage, of like material and construction as street
pavement and application of Mr William Busse for permission to lay
water pipe from Utility Battery Co. plant to house that Mr. Merker lives
in, were granted.
On motion duly made seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
