The President called the meeting to order.
The clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
The clerk thereupon read the minutes of the meetings of June 3 and
June Io and same were on motion duly made seconded and carried accepted
as read.
The treasurer's report as follows was read and on motion duly made
seconded and carried order placed on file.
Balance on hand last meeting $357.89
Received from Henry J. Ehard, Dog License I240
Total §369.89
Expenditures 67.97
Balance on hand §301.
Thereupon the olerk read an ordinance for licensing automobiles,
wagons and other vehicles in the village of Mount Prospect, Cook County
Illinois, submitted by the Judiciary Committee to whom said ordinance
had been referred, said ordinance being designated as ordinance No. 19.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee Gosoh
that said ordinance be passed.

Motion carried ayes six, nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read an ordinance to license and regulate cer-
tain businnesses, occupations, callings and employments as expressed
therein, and to provide the term, the'fee the method of procuring and
issuing such license, together with the conditions under which same €are
issued, and fixing a penalty for violations of said ordinance, submitted
by the judiciary committee to whom said ordinanoe had been referred,
said ordinance being designated as ordinance NO. E0.

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee Busse
that said ordinance be passed.

Thereupon the clerk read an ordinance making appropriation for
corporate purposes in the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois, for the fiscal year begining May I, I919 and ending April 30th.
2920 said ordinance being desinated as ordinance No. 21.
, It was duly moved by trustee Pohlmann, seconded by trustee Beigel
that said ordinance be passed.

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee Holste
that the clerk be authorized to purchase necessary stationery.

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seoonded by trustee Gosoh
that said bills be paid and the olerk be directed to issue warrants
for same.

Thereupon it was duly moved by trustee Pohlmann, seconded by
trustee Gosoh that the Health and Drainage Committee be directed to
investigate oondition of drain tile running through the pulic school
grounds as to wether or not said tile was blocked by the roots of
the trees on said school grounds, and that the committee be given power
to act upon said investigation.

Thereupon it was duly moved seconded and carried that the clerk
be directed to write a letter to Mr. John C. Moehling notifying him
that catch basin between side walk and his building on the north east
corner of Main St. and Prospect Ave. must be filled up within ten days
from date of said letter.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that the clerk be directed
to issue necessary permits to the Public Service Co. of Northern I11.
to dig up streets for laying gas service leads.
On motion duly made seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
