The President called the meeting to order.
The clerk called the roll all trustees responding present.
Thereupon the clerk read the minutes of the previous meeting and
same were on motion duly made seconded and carried accepted as read.
The treasurer's report as follows was read and ordered placed on
file.
Balance on hand previous meeting $ 8.36
Received from Mt.Prospect Nat. Bank 100.00
Total 108.36
Expenditures 44.79
Balance on hand 63.57
Thereupon the clerk read the following bills said bills having
been 0. K.ed by the proper committees.

It was duly moved by trustee Pohlmann seconded by trustee Holste
that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants
fir✓ for same.

Motion carried- -ayes 6 nays none.
Thereupon the clerk read a bill from Henry Haberkamp for Labor
amounting to 0.80 , sacra having been 0.K.ed by the proper committees.
It was duly moved by trusted Beigel , seconded by trustee Holste
that said bill be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrant for
same.

Motion carried Ayes five Nays none.
The chairman of the Health and Drainage Committee reported that
he had hired Mr. Chas. Homeyer to clean ditoh at out -let of sewer tile.
Continued.
Thereupon Mr. Albert Busse, Chief of the Mount Prospect Volunteer
Fire Department, addressed the meeting,stating that the Fire Dept. were
soliciting subscription for the purpose of purchasing a fire fighting
aparatus which consisted of two Chemical Tanks mounted on an Auto Truck
200 ft. of hose and other necessary equipment, at a cost of I875.00
that to date 0880.00 had been subscribed and that numerous citizens
had not as yet been approached for a subscription.
He stated that it was the intention of the Fire Dept. to donate
said apparatus to the Village , and he asked the village board to
contribute as much as possible towards the purchase of the apparatus
out of the Village Treasuer, and that they also provide a suitable
place to keep said aparatus.
It was duly moved seconded and carried that the Fire Dept. be
advised tb go ahead and purchase the above mentioned outfit.
It was duly moved by Trustee Pohlmann, seconded by Trustee Holste
that the Village Board provide a suitable place for storing fire fight-
ing aparatus:

It was duly moved by Trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee Beigel
that the Village help the Fire Dept. finaneialy in the purchase of
Fire Fighting aparatus, aboved mentioned.

Motion carried ayes six nays none.
Thereupon it was duly moved by Trustee Haberkamp, seconded by
Trustee Busse, that the Chairman of the Fire and Water Committee be
authorized and instructed to purchase a rope to be attached to Fire
bell in tower of William Wille's Hall.
On motion duly made seconded and carried, meeting adjourned.
