The President called the meeting to order.
C The clerk called the roll all trustees, excepting Beigel,respond-
ing present.
The clerk read the minutes of the regular meeting of Aug. 6 and
the minutes of a special meeting of Aug. 26, and same were on motion
duly made seconded and carried accepted as read.
The Treasurer's report as follows was read and ordered placed
on file.

Thereupon the clerk read the bill from the Northwestern Light &
Power Co. amounting to 44I.66 for street lights for the month of Aug.
said bill having been 0.Ked by the proper committees.
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by trustee
Pohlmann that said bill be paid and the clerk issue warrant for same.

Motion carried ayes five nays none.
On motion duly made seconded and carried meeting adjourned.
