The President called the meeting to order.
The clerk thereupon called the roll the following trustees respond-
ing present. Busse, Haberkamp, Holste and Pohlmann.
The minutes of the proceeding meeting were read by the clerk and
same were on motion duly made, seconded and carried accepted as read.
The treasurers report as follows was road and ordered placed on file.
Balance on hand July 2, 19I8 4 306.62
Received from Oounty treasurer 200.00
Total 506.62
Expenditures 390.92
Balance on hand 115.70
The following bills having been 0.Ked by the proper committees were
read by the clerk.
Albert Wille Crush stone & Planks 4 107.75
Wm. Busse & Son - -- Gasolene eta. 17.27
Northwestern L. &Power Co. ---July-Street Light 4I.66
Total 166.68
It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee Holste
that said bills be paid and the clerk be directed to issue warrants for
Same.
