Minutes of a special meeting , called by order of the
President, for the purpose of canvassing the vote of the election of
April 16th I9I8, and to transact such other business as may come before the
meeting.
The President called the meeting to order at 8.I0 P.M.
The clerk called the roll trustee Beigel, Haberkamp and
Pohlmann responding present.
The President and trustees thereupon proceeded to the canvassing
of the vote.
The following was the 'result revealed by said canvass.
For Trustee.

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by trustee
Pohlmann that, Henry Beigel, Ernest Gooseh and Henry Holste be declared
elected to the office of village trustee for the term of two years, and
that Henry J Shard be declared elected to the office of Village Clerk
for the term of two years.

Motion carried ayes four I1ays none.
Thereupon the clerk read the following letter from attorney
Ralph L. Peck , and same was odered placed on file.
" The Public Utilities Commission has entered its decree in the
platter of the gas reduction case, in which you have been represented, to-
gether with other villages . The order provides for a reduction of the gas
quality to 565 B.T.U., providing that the Public! Service Company makes such
adjustment in the appliances of its consumers as may be necessary, also
that it shall replace open flame burners and install free of cast junior
mantel burner lights.
I also notice that the order revises Schedule 2, which was
for the first thousand , 41.00 for the next two thousand and 90 $ fcr the
excess over three thousand , so that the same is reduced to 54.05 for the
first one thousand , 90$ for the next two thousand and 80$ for the excess
L over three thousand.
The clerk read the following bills having been 0 ked by

It was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp, seconded by trustee
Beigel that said bills be paid and that the clerk be directed to issue
warrants for same.

On motion duly made seconded and carried , meeting adjourned.
