The President called the meeting to order.
The Clerk called the roll all trusteas excepting trustee Wuerrfel
responding present.
The minutes cf the meeting of Feb:. Fth, 'et. 19th, and
Feb. 23rd were read , and same were en motion made seconded and
carried accepted as road.
The Tresurer's repert showing expenditure. cf 444F.4F and a
balance of t170.26 on hand was road , and ordered placed on file.
A bill from Henry hammer for labor amounting to N6.6o
having been U.Ked by the proper committees was read by the Clerk.
it was duly moved by trustee Haberkamp seconded by trustee
Eusse , that said bill be paid and that the clerk be directed to
issue a warrant for same.

Motion carried 'Ayes F• Nays 0.
Thereupon the President appointed the followino as Village
Police officers.
George Tatge , Herman Heide, Albert E. Eunse.
It was duly moved by trustee Gosch, seconded by trustee
Haborkamp, that said appointments be concurred ix.

Thereupon the President, by and with the consent cf the
trustees, appointed the following as judges and clerks of election
