A MMUTES OF A Rst1UTAR OF THE PRESIDENT
AND BOA OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROBF&G"F ILLINOIS, HELD AT THE VILLAGE HAIL ON
THE 6TH DAY OF JUNE 1935. AT 8 P.M.
President Meyn called the meeting to order, ant upon
roll call the following trustees were found to be present:
Greinke•, Hams, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Ville.
The minutes of the previous meeting of May 8th, were
read by the clerk, ant upon the motion of Trustee Haberkamp
and seconding by Trustee Harrington same were approved as read. -
The following Treasures report was then presented to the rit
Board for approval.

Greinke that the Treasures report Pe placed on file. Motion
Carried by a vote of acclamation.
Thereupon the Special a ssessment report was presented
and upon motion of Trustee Hasa and seconding by Trustee Harrington.
motion was carried by a rote of acclamation that said report be
placed on file.
it was moved by Trustee Hass and seconded by 'T'rustee
Greinke that the following bills be paid. The clerk called
the roll with the following result: Ayes, Greinke, Haaaa, Haberkamp
Hennix and Mille. Nays none. The President declared the motion
carried and said bills paid.

A motion trans made by Trustee Haas and s eacaanded by Trustee c�
Greinke that an Ordinances appointing the President ant the Board � `
of Trustees as members of the Board of Loosi iaprovements be
adopted. MUM Vote was as fellatio: Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Hoberkammp'
Harrington, Hennix and Wills. Nays None.
It was moved by Trustee Wille and seconded bjr Trustee Herrin

and Wille. Ns Nays. The President declared the motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Greinke
t hat Fred Wille be appointed as Village Treasurer. The motion was
carried with the following vote; £yea Greinke, Haas, Habsrkaap,
Harrington, Hennix and Ville. Nays none.
Ili/ It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by Trustee
wills_ that the bent of John Bencic as water rates collector be
accepted. The vote was, Ayes: Greinke, Haas Haiborkasp, Harrington,
Hennix and Wills Brays none.
A motion was made by Trustee Haase and ascended by Trustee
Ha rrington that the matter of the lights in Prospect Park #1, be
referred to the Felice and light committee. Motion carried.

Ur the request of the V.F.W. to sell fire works in the village
be- granted. Motion carried by vote of acclamation.
A motion was made by Trustees Greinke and seconded by
Trustee Wills that the clerk obtain bits for two thousand water
bills same bit to be turned ever to the chairmen of the Water
committee. Motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Harrington and s ec onded by Trustee
Haberkaap that a mass meeting be called to aquaint the Publics with
the details an the sewer proposition. The date and place of said meeting
to be set by the Heath and drainage committee. The roll call en said
motion was as follows Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkaamp, Harrington,
Hennix and Wille. Nays none.

It was moved by Trustee Haas ant se owlet by Trustee Greinlaa
that the bid of Ed. Pingel for 2000 letter heads at $7.00 peril. ant
1500 vouchers for $8.50 be accepted. Motion was carried by the
follswi nY. vote: Ayes- Greinke, Haas. Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix
and Ville. Bays none.
It was moves by Trustee Hass and :;ecsnded by Trustee Wills,
that a resolution regarding the payment date for liquor licenses
be passed. Motion carried with the follswinj vote: Ayes - Greinke,
Hass, Haberkamp, Harrington lennix. Wille. Nays none.
There 'being no further business to come before said meeting
it was moved by Trustee Rota and seconded by Trustee Ville that the
meeting be adjourned. Motion carriet.
