THE MINUTES OF A SPECIAL lignING OF THE
FRESIDEND AND BOARD OW TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND STATE OF
ILLINOIS HELD IN THE, VILLAG J; HALL OF SAID
VILLAGE ON THE TWENTY4THIRD DAY OF JULY
1935 AT THR HOUR OF 8 OCLOCK P.M.
The President called the meeting to order, and upon
the roll call the following trustees re,aponede present:
Trustees- Greinke, Haas., Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix
and Willa.
There being a quorum present the President ord : a ed
the meeting to proceed.
Trustee Haberkamp moved that the resolution naming
the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF D3SPLAINES, as depository for
all funds arising from the sale of bonds to the U. S. Gov't.
from the F. W. A. Water project. Said motion being seconded
QO by Trustee Haas, the roll was called with the fallowing
G result: Ayes- Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix
L and /lilt. Nays None.

it was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Greinke that an Ordinance making appropriations for the
Corporate purposes of the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois
for the fiscal year beginning May 1st, 1935 and ending April
30th, 1936. in the amount of 413,912..50 be passed.
The President requested the clerk to call the roll with the

It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Tru: tee c
. Harrington 4hat and ordinance comprising the amounts due on
certain lots for certain delinquent special assessments and /F./
interests and penalties thereon, be passes. The clerk called
the roll with the following reetlt; Ayes- Trustees, Greinke*
Haas.. m:
Ha3erkap, Harrington. Hennix and Wills. Nays none.
There being no further business to come before said meeting
it was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee Haberkamp
