Minutes of the regular.meeting
of the President and Beard of
Trustees of the village of Mt.
Prospect Illinois, held on the
third day'sf December 1935.
President Meyn sailed the meeting to order, and open
the Clerk *ailing the roll tke fe1I.wing Trustee's were fhrhn
to be present. Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and
Willa. No one absent.
It was moved by Trustee Haberkarp ant seeonted by
Trustee Greinke that the minutes of the previous meeting be
accepted as rear. Motion serried by a tote of aosleration.

It was moved by Trustee Greinke ant seconded by Trustee
Harrington that the•fellewing bills be pelt. The roll was salted
with t ke following Ayes: Hreinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington
Hennix and Wille. Nays: None.

It was moved by Trustee Haas and seeonted by Trustee
Haberkamp is have the water department repair the dipping
needle. Motion serried.
It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded, by Trtestea
Harrington to purshase four six ply Heavy duty tires and *goings
Trott Wally's. 66 servlee for the sum of $42.00 The roll was
edld with the following result; Ayes: Greinke", \Haas, Haherkaap,
HArrinngten, i `ennix ant Wi13.e Nays: None.
r/d A section was made by Trustee Haas ant seconded by Trustee
Haberkamp an ordinance annexing the north five hundred twentysix
ebj feet as measured along the west line thereof of 18 in owners
IV subdivision of section 13tewnship 41 north, range 11 east of the
third principal meridian, to the Village of Mount Prospes$, Cook
County Illinois, be passed. The roll was galled on this lion
with the following result Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haber Arrington,
Hennix and Wille. Nears: None.

\ H arrington that an a*dinanee regulatingthe distribution of Hma4-
bills and circulars be passed. The Mien was serried with the
following vote: Ayes: Greinke, Haas, H'aberkap Harrington, Hennix,
and Wille. Nays: None.
The following resolution was presented to the board.
"Whereas it appears that due to the inability of the pump
manufast*res from *hem Ms Keown Boos. sontrastere for sonstru tien
of the improvements and additions to the waterworks system of this
village, under pubis works projeot6906, to furnish the past and
ether equipment promptly and within time to complete the installation
thereof by said Me Keown Bros., namely August 1st, 1935. and the
said Me Keown Bros. therefor not able to complete said. Contract
within said time limit,
Therefore be it resolved that the time for the s•mpleteien
of the work by the said Ms Keown Brothers, oontrestsr.a, , *niter *aid
contrast, be and sane is hereby extended from A*gust 1st to _ *st
12th, 1935; ant,
Be it further resolved that inasmuch as t te Failure of
said Me Keown Bros. to complete said sontraot within the tined
originally provide&, was not due to any fault off" said ssn$raitor,
that the liquidated damages provided for in said contrast ti' be paid
by said oontraetor in the event of failure is oenpleee the work
within the time specified, be and the same are hereby wajvet.
It was mowed. by Trustee Harrington ant sesondet by Trustee
Haas that the foregoing resolution be passed. Said reolution was
passed with the following vote: Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp,
Harrington, nennix and Wille. Mays: None

It wpo roved. by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Greinke that $17.94 be refunded to the Chicago Title and Truste
Co. on account of duplicate paylaent of Warrent#8 3r4 installenent
Lot #24, Blk.4 and lot 3 Bleak 4 et Prospect Park Subdivision.
Notion sarrietw ith the following Totes !Ayes: Greinke, Haas,
Haberkasip, Hartingten, Hennix and Wille. Nays: None.
