THE MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF
THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILL.
HELD ON THE 3RD DAY OF MARCH L1936.IN
THE VILLAGE HALL OF SAID VILLAGE.
The President called the meeting to order and upon
the clerk calling the roll the following Trustees where
found to be present: Greinke, Haberkamp, Hennix, Harrington
and Wille. Trustee Haas was absent.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and
approved, as written.
The report of the Village treasurer which follows,
was approved upon the motion of trustee Haberkamp and second
of Trustee Greinke.

A motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded
bu Trustee Hennix that the Special Assessment report be placed
on file. Motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by
Trustee Harrington that the following bills be paid. The
vote was as follows: Ayes: Greinke, Haberkamp, Harrington,
lieniix and Wille. Nays none.

It was moved by Trusted Hennix and seconded by
Trustee Wille thnt 200 feet of firehose be purchased at
$1.00 per foot, and coform with the recomendations of the
Fire department in purchasing same. The Following Trustee
voted Aye: Greinke, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and
Wille. Nays none.
It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
Trustee Greinke, that otioe be given the owners of the
excavating machine on street, to remove same at once.
Motion carried by vote ofacllamation. 3
It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
t ljk) Trustee Hennix that an ordinance adopting Eastern Deopedtfht
j Sys time for the village, be passed. The vote being
as follows: Ayes: Greinke, Haberkamp, Harrington, ±ennix
and Wille. Nays none.
Ther being no further business to come before said
meeting it was regularly moved and seconded that same be
ad j ournea.
