THE MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT, ILLINOIS HELD ON THE
7TH DAY OF APRIL 1936, 8 P. M.
President Meyn called the meeting to order and upon the
clerk calling the roll the following Trustees responded
Greinke-, naberkamp. Harrington, nennix and wille- Trustee
Haas was absent.
The minutes of the March meeting were read and approved.
It was moved by Trustee Harrington and seconded by Trustee
faberkanp theat the fol owing treasurers report be accepted.
Notion carried by a rote of acclamation.

A motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
xrustee nennix that the Special assessment report be placed
on file. motion oariied.
It was moved by Trustee nennix and seconded by 'Trustee
'ireinke that the following bills be paid. The roll was called
and the following 'Trustees voted Aye: Greinke, Haberkarp,
rsarringto n, nennix and wille. Nays -none.

It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by `trustee Haberkamp
that the vehicle license charge on cars purchased after April 30th,
shall have the same discount as on those prrchased prior to April 30th,
provideing said license is purchased within thirty days after purchase
of car. The following Trustee's voted Aye. Greinke, Haberkamp, Harrington
Henix and Wille. Nays None.
It was moved by Trustee nennix and seconded Trustee Greinke
that the license for a business starting after Est first shall have
the same coniiteration pertaing to the discount if paid within thirty
days. The following Trustee's voted Ayes Greinke, Haberkamp,
Harrington Hennix and Wille. Nays- None.
A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Harrington that the merchants be given a discount of 0% on their

business license if purchased before August let. The vote was as
follows Aye: Greinke, Haberkamp, Harrington, Rennix and Wille. Nay -
none.
It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee
Hennix to gravel the streets were ever necessary. Motion carried
with the following vote Ayes: Ureinke, Haberkamp, Harrington, Rennix
and Wills- Nay- hone.

It was moved by Trustee Hennix andrseoonded by Trustee Greinke,
that the sum of $2500.00 be paid to Mogimap, Consoer & Quinlan on
the P. W. A. project. The following Trustees voted Aye: Greinke,
Haberkamp, Harrington, nennix and Wille. Nay- None.
It was moved by Trustee Harrington and seconded by Trustee
Haberkamp that Mr Roderick be employed to examine the records of
the Rockford Trust Company regarding payment of Special Assessment
Bonds & Interest, in eonnestion with suit of the receiver of the
bank against the village. The motion was as follows Ayews Greinke,
xaberkpmp, Harrington, Hennim and Wille. Nay- None.
There being no further business to come before said meeting.
It was regularly moved and seconded that same be adjourned.
