MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT ILLINOIS, HELD
ON THE 7th, of JULY 1936. at
THE VILLAGE HALL OF SAID VILLAGE.
THE CLERK CALLED THE ROLL AND THE FOLLOWING TRUSTEE'S
RESPONDED AS BEING PRESENT: GREINKE, HAAS, HABERKAMP,
HARRRINGTON, HENNIX AND WILLE. No one was absent.
E The minutes of the previous meeting were read and
approved upon the motion of Trustee Haas and second of
Trustee Hennix.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Harrington that the bids for a new truck for the Tillage
be opened. Motion was earried by a Tote of acclamation.
A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by
Trustee Haas that the bids be taken into consideration and
X reported on at the next regular meeting. Motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Harrington and seconded by
W Trustee Greinke that the following treasurers report be
accepted and placed on file. Motion carried.

It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by
Trustee Haberkamp that the Special Assessment report be
placed on file. Motion parried.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Greinke that the following bills be paid. The vote on said
motion was as follows: Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp,
Harrington, Henniz and Wille. Nays none.

It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by
Trustee Greinke that an ordinance amending section IV
of an ordinance entitled: An ordinanee'to revise and
ordinance entitled: an ordinanee providing for the regulatia
and management of the waterworks system of the village of
N O / Mount Prospect. and establishing rules and regulations for
the government of water consumers and others, and regulating
connections with said system and establishing rates and charges
and license fees for plumbers, passed and approved by the
President a nd Board of trustees of the Village of Mount
Prospect Illinois, on the 5th day of Se rtember 1933.
The vote on said ordinance was as follows: Ayes-- Greinke
Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Will° Mays none.
It was moved, by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Hennix that an ordinance maki ng appropriations for the
, corporate purposes of the villa

a0 for the fiseal year beginning May 1, 1936 and ending April
30th, 1937, be passed. Motion on said ordinanee was as follows
Ayes -- Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Barrington, Hennix and
Wille. Nays none.
Tber being no further business to come before said
meeting it was regualarly moved and seeoided that same be
adjourned.
