OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF

THE VILLAGE HALL ON OCTOBER 6th, 1936.
President Meyn called the meeting to order and
upon the clerk calling the roll the following Trustees
were found to be present: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington
Hennix and Wille. None absent.
The minutes of the previous meeting ware approved
1 E by the members upon the motion of Trustee Hennix and second
of Trustee Haberkamp.

It was moved b' Trustee Haberkamp and seconded
by Trustee Greinke th t the special assesment report be
placed on file. Motion carried.
A motion -s made by Trustee Hennix and seconded
by Trustee Haberkamp that the bids for a new truck be
opened. Motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Harrington and seconded by
Trustee `Mille to refer the bids to the proper committee and
report of committee be presented at the r:•etting of October
13th. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Trustee Haas -nd seconded by
Trustee Harrington that the fol owing bills be paid: The vote
on said motion was as follows: Ayes, Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp,
Harrington, Hennix and Wille. Nays none.

It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by
Trustee Hennix to transfer to the Interest on Fire Truck
Bonds account the balance of $38.25 in the Fire Truck
fund. Motion carried.

The vote on said motion awa as follows: Ayes Greinke, Haas,
Haberkamp, Harrington and Wille. Nays none.
It was moved by Trustee -- •ennix and seconded by
Trustee Greinke that Mr. Roderick investigate and check
special assessment accounts to segregate the interest and
principal of the $4112.57 received from the County Treas.
also to make a semi annual audit of the water fund as per
agreement made with the Federal administration. The vote
on said motion was as follows: Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp
Harrington, Hennix and Wille. Nays none.
It was moved by Trustee Haberkam-o and seconded by
Trustee Greinke that the rate on vehicle licences be the
same as last year. The vote was as follows Ayes: Greinke,
Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington li ennix and Wille. Nays none.
It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by
Trustee Greinke that the November board meeting be held on
November 4th, on account of election day failing on the
regular meeting day. Motion carried.
