YINUETS OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF YOUNT PROSPECT, ILL.
HELD IN THE VI'LAGE HALL OF SAID
VILLAGE ON THE P TH, DAY OF OCTOBER
1936.
The meeting was called to order by President Meyn and
on call of the roll the following were forund to be present:
H. F. Meyn, President, and messers Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp,
Harrington, Hennix and Mille.
The Village Clerk read the Presidents call of said
meeting, which was as follows:

Dear Sir:
Call a special meeting of the Board of Trustees
for October 28th 1936, at 8 oclock P.i. for the purpose

of further discussing the proposed community center, and
W such business as may be brought before the meeting.

The Village clerk further made proof of notice of said
meeting to all members of the Board of Trustees, as provided
by the rules and ordinances. .
The President ann ounced that the meeting had been called
for the purpose o° discussing the proposed community center and
park. Propositions theretofore received from architects for the
preparation of preliminary plans necessary for the making of
application to the works progress administartion and the prep-
aration of such application were discussed and considered.
Thereupon it was moved by Mr Hennix that the firm olf iZrC
be employed to prepare such preliminary plans, and the app ication
to the Works Progress Administration for the fee of $350.00,
the Village to get credit for said sum on account of architectural
fees to said architect in the event of the completion of the
project. The motion was seconded by Nr ' 'ille and the roll called
with the following result:
Dressers. Greinke, Haas, Hennix, Harrington, and adille
votiong Aye. Mr. Haberkamp voting Nay.
The resident declared the rnoton carried.
There being no further business to come before the
meeting, on rrotion made seconded and passed same was adjourned.
