Minutes of a regular meeting of
the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Yount Prospe at
Illinois, held on the 4th day of
November 1936.
The meeting was called to order by President ]Veyn and
on call of the roll the following were found to be present: Mr.
keyn President, and messers Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington,
Hennix and Wille.
The Village clerk read the minutes - f the previous
m eting -nd upon the motion of Mr. Haas and the second of Mr

Hennix same were approved on considerationthat the names of the
members of the board of appeals be inserted in these minutes.
It was moved by Trustee Haberkam p and seconded by
Trustee Greinke that the village agree to the contract with the
Public Service Company covering A.C. rates
Motion was carried with the following vote Ayes:
Greinke, Hass. Haberkamp, Harrington XWille and Hennix Nays -

The Clerk read the report of the Village Treas. and upon
the motion of Trustee Harrington and seconde of Trustee Hass the
following report was accepted.

It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by Trustee
Haberkamp that the Special Assesment report be placed on file.
Motion carried.
A motin was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
hennix that the following bills be paid. The motion was passed d:ith
the following result: Ayes: Greinke. Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington,

It was moved by Trustee H';nnix and seconded by Trustee 'V' 3
Greinke that the Village purchase a Austin- Western snow plow for .i''
the sum of $242.00+,9 feet one way tapered 21x30 flarred blade S�
with Hydrawlic lift. The vote on this motion was as follows
Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille. Nays
none.
A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by
Trustee Haberkamp that the village advertize for propsals for a
tract of land to accomodate the proposed park project said land
not to be less than five acres or more than fifteen, said pro-
posals to be presented to the Village President not later than
November 21st, 1936. The vote on said motion was as follows Ayes:
C Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille Nays None.
It was moved 1yTrustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Harrington to accept the contract of Mr. Larson to draw preliminary
plans, and that the president be authorized to sign in behalf of
the village. The Motion was carried with the following vote, Ayes:
Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp. Harrington Hennix and Wille . Nays none.
A motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
Trustee Greinke to pass a resolution requesting the State Highways
Departments permission to widen the Northwest Hoighway under a WPA
grant. This motion was carried with the following result: Ayes:
Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille. Nays None.

A motion was made by Trsuetee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
i Haberkamp to pass a resolution regulating the speed zones on the
Highways runing thru the village. Motion was carried with the
fol owing result: Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkanp, Harrington
Hennix and Wille. Nays none.
There being no further business to come before said meeting
it was regularly moved and seconded that same be adjourned.
