YINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF TBE PESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTE
TRUSTEE'S OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT ILLINOIS HELD ON THB
6TH DAY OF APRIL 1937.
President leyn called the rneeting to order and upon
the clerk calling the roll the fol trustees were found
to be present: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix
and. Wille.
The ninutes of the Irevious meeting were eipoWe4.-4,4,..sadar
and upon the notion of Trustee Haas and second of Trustee Wille
sane were approved read.
The following treasurers report was accepted as read
upon the motion of Trustee Hennix and second of Trustee Greinke.

A notion was rade by Trustee Haberkarno and seconded by
Trustee Greinke thatthe following bills be paid. The motion
was carried with the following vote Ayes: Greinke, haberkanp,

A rotion was wade by Trustee Haberkanr and seconded by
Trustee Barrington that anxxxxixtdacordinance to prevent the
distribution of handbills, parphlets, circulars, newspapers, )40
books or advertisements or any samples or merchandise,or f'ASSE)
medicinal preparations and to proTide a penalty therefore,be

The notion was lost by the following Tote Ayes- Haberkarp-
"{Nays Greinke, Haas, Milmakma Henrix and Wille. The A.
president declared the motion lost, One- Ayes-fiTe nays.
A roti-n was made by Trustee Haberkarp and seconded by

C Trustee Harrington that an ordinace providing the withdrawel
by the County Treasurer of property at the sale of delinquent A
specials assessments levied by the Tillage of Iit Prospect, Ill.( where no bidder for such property appears at such sale. The MeEr
ordinance was adopted with the following Tote: Ayes; Greinke,
Haas, Haberkarp. Harrington, Hennix and Wills. No Nays.
It was moved by Trustee Harrington and seconded by Trustee
haberkamp, that the clerk again write the drainage board re-
garding broken sewer tile. Motion was carried.
It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Haberkarp that the following named be appointed as judges to
• serve at the election to be held on April 20th: Judges: C. D.
Busse, Theo. Moehling,Walter Scharringhausen: Clerks Mrs. John
,t flencic and Mrs Paul Jonas. Motion was carried.
There beong no further business to core before said
meeting it was regularly moved and seconded that same be adjourned
until the night of April 20th, to canvas the Totes of the election.
