MINUTES OF A REGULAR limITING 10
OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF LEH
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MT
PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, HELD ON THE
7TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1937.
President Besander called the meeting to Eder and upon
the clerk calling the roll the following Trustees were found
to be presents Trustees Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harris

The minutes of the August meeting were read and upon
the motion of Trustee Hennix and the second of Trustee Harr-
ington same were approved as read.
The following report of the treasurer was approved upon
the motion of Trustee ffreinke and second of Trustee Haber-
kamp.

After the treasurers report the Special assessment report was
presented and upon the motion of Trustee Haberkamp and second of Trus-
tee Haas• same was placed on file.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Greinke
that the following bills be paid. The motion was carried with the
following vote: Ayes Greinke. Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix
and Wille. No nays.

It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee
Greinke to install light at the corner of Wille and Prospect -
Mtanue near the hospital. The vote on said motion was as
follows: Ayeas Greinke. Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and
Wills. No nays.
Bids for tires and tubes on the fire truck were opened
and the following bide werr received:
Uptown Service Station Net 198.91 -
Winkelmanns Serv. Station • 197.76.

Busse Motor Sales 225.00,
It was moved by Trustee Hennix and 'seconded by Trustee
Harrington to buy the tires from Winkelman: Sinclair service
on aocount of having the lowest bid. The motion was as follows
kyess Greinke. Haas, Haberkamp harrington Hennix and Wille.
A motion was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Haberkamp to accept the bonds onthe President, Village Clerk
and Village Treasurer as follows:

The vote on accepting these bonds wane as follewss £yeas Greinke
Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Willa. No Nays.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Wille to pass a resolution designating the Mt Prospect State
Bank and the First National Bank of Chicago as depositories
for the village Funds. The vote was as follows: Ayers Greinke,
Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Willa. No nays..

m eeting it was regularly moved and seconded that same be adjour-
ned.
