MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUST "E+3 OF THE VILLAGE OF MT
PROSPECT, ILLINOIS HELD ON THE
11TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1937 At
8 P.M.
President Besander called the meeting to order and
upon the clerk calling the roll the following Trustees
responded present: Trustees Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp
Harrington Hennix and Wille.
The Clerk read the minuets of the previous meeting
which were approved on a motion made by Trustee Haberkamp
and second of trustee Greinke.
The following Treasurers report was accepted upon the
Motion of Trustee Hennix and second of Trustee Wille.

Haberkamp to place the Special Asses. report on file. Motion was

The following bills were presented for payment and upon
the motion of Trustee Hennix and second of Trustee Greinke, it
was agreed to pay them after the following vote: Ayes: Greinke,
Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennic and Mille. No Nays.

It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee

Haas to grant 4 permit to the Drug Store to sell liquor for
medicnal purposes with the provision that the druggist keep a
record of every sale made, and that no additional license shall
be necessary. The vote on said motion was as follows: Ayes:
Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Mille. No nays.
A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Haas to grant a permit to the Public Service Co. to lay gas mains and
service pipes to supply the Falkenger residence. The motion was
passed bp a vote of acclamation.
It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Haberkamp to purahc,se #4 Vehicle licenses for 1938. The vote was
as follows: Ayes: Greinke, Hags, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and
Ville'_ Nn nova
