MINUTES OF A REGULAR MATING
OF THE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF /
TRUSTEES OF TWO VILLAGE OF MT
PROSPECT ILLINOIS, HELD ON THE
FOURTH DAY OF JANUARY 1938.
President Besander called the meeting to order and
upon the clerk calling the roll the following Trustees
M were found to be present. Trustess Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp
Harrington Hennix and Wille.

approved.

The following report of the treasurer was accepted

The Special Assessment report was accepted as read
on the motion of Trustee Greinke and second of Trustee Wille.

Greinke that the following b be paid. The motion was
passed wits the following vote. Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp
Harrington. Hennix and Wille. No nays.

A motion was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by
Trustee Hennix that a resolution for the issuance of tax
anticipation w»rrents be adopted. The motion was carried
with the following vote: Ayes Greinke, Hass Haberkamp.
Harrington, Hennix and Wille. No nays.
It was moved by Trustee Hass and seconded by Trustee
Hennix that th e sum of $1500.00 be transferred from the old
eater account to the General fund. The motion was carried with
the following vote. Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington
Hennix and Wille. No nays.
A motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
Trustee Greinke that the application of 5USSLA

It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
Trustee Wille that Consaer, Townsend & Quinlan be authorized
to go ahead with the widening of the Northwest Highway ft the
lighting system on the Highway, Main Street and Busse Ave.

A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by

\S' and for the village of Mt Prospect be passed. The motion was
0r passed with the following vote: Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp
;arrington, Hennix and Wills. No Nays.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
4 #1,) Harrington that an ordinance providing for the refunding of
outstanding securities in Mt Prospect special assessment #37,
ti be passed. The motion was carried with the following vote.
Ayess Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Willa.

motion was made by Trustee Greinke and seconded by
4j Trustee Harrington that an ordinance withdrawing certain
If special assessments be passed. The motion was cartied with
the following vote. Ayes: Greinke, Hass, Haberkamp, Harrington
Hennix and Rifle. No nays.
The clerk then read the following letter addressed to 3
the board members.
To the member of the Village Bd. of Mt Prospect:
Gentlemen:
I hereby appoint Willert Beer as attorney for the
village to take the place of Hugo J. Thall who has resigned
and respectfully ask your concurrence therein.

It was move by Trustee Wille and seconded by Trustee
Greinke that the appointment be concurred in. The vote was as
f ollows. Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp. Harrington, Hennix &
ills.
There being nonother business to before said
