ON NOVEMBER 1ST 1938.
President Besander called the meeting to order and
upon the clerk calling the roll, the following trustees were
found to be present: Trustees Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp,
Harrington, nennix and Wille.
E The minutes of the previous meeting were read and
a pproved on a motion made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded
by Trustee Haas.
The following report of the treasurer was accepted
as read on a motion made by Trustee Ireinke and second of
Trustee Harrington.

It was moved by Trustee naberkamp and seconded by Trustee
Greinke that the special assessment report be placed on file.
The motion was carried..
A motion was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Hennix to pay the following bills. The motion was carried by
the following Rote ,Ayers areinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington
Hennix° and Wii °le. No nays.

It was moved by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Haberkamp that the village accept $125.00 as settlement for
damages in the case, Village of Mt Prospect VS L. W. Tuttle.
The motion-was carried with the following voter Ayes: Grein e,..
Haas, ' Haberkamp. Harrington, ° ennix and Willa. No Nays. ,`
A motion - was made by Trustee Hennix and secondee 0 .
Trustee Haas, designating the Mt Prospect state Bank and the '
First Nat'l. -dank of Chicago as depositories for the funds . -o& „
the village . The motion was carried with the following vote 4
Ayes: Greinke. Pass, i , berkamp. Harrington, - enntx and Ville.'

President Besander reported on the work being done by
the auditors the special assessment reooreis, end that the
committee was well satisfied with the ro reas ben made.

. A motion was made by Trustee Haas and sedended by
Trustee Hennix to deny Pp the application of Mr. E.-T. Wolf to
build a coal yard on the Northwesterns right of way because it
is contrary to section 15, of the residence zoning ordinance
and also against the wishes of the residents in this neighbor-
hood who have petitioned against this building. The request
was denied with the following vote, Against allowing the permit
Trustees Greinke, Auras, Haberkamp, Harrington, 4ennix and Wills.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and ascended by Trustee
Greinke, that the attorney write the Chicago Tribune that here-
after Prospect be advertize d , a1. sue': and not as Mt
Prospect. The motion was serried -.
A motion was made by Trustee ' and seconded by
Trustee Wille. that the attorney write Goldberg and the Eagle -
Construction'Co. regarding the unfinished buildings in the
village. Motion carried.
It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by
Trustee Wills to have Wm Mulso, Bldg. Comm. tontact they,
trustees regarding the unfinished foundation' on Nrth Wapella
St. Motion was carried.
It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and secendet: by
Trustee "arrington to authorize the President to again go to
Springfield and see the -- cheEef highway engineer about the street
lights on the Northwest Highway. a otion was carried.

meeting it was regularly moved seconded and paseec to adjourn.
