Minutes of a regular meeting ,r
. of the President & Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mt. -.
_ Prospect Illinois, held on
the 6th, of December 1938. at
. the Village Hall.
President Besander called the meeting to order and upon
the olerk calling the roll the following Trustees were found to •
be resent,_ Trustees: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington and
lil1e. Trustee Hennix was absent.
The minutes of the November meeting were - approved as read
on a motion made by Trustee Haas, and second of Trustee Harrington.
The following report of the treasurer was accepted and
ordered .:laced on file on a motion made by Trustee Haberkamp second a
by Trustee Greinke.

The Special Assessment report was aarddred placed on file
on a motion made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee
Greinke.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Greinke
that the'fallcwing bills be paid. The motion was passed with the
following vote. Ayes: 4 reinke. Hass. ` aberkamp, Harrington and Ville.

A motion was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Harrington to allow a $2.00 discount on Vehicle licenses if

56' following vote, , Ayes Greinke, Haas, Saberkamp, Harrington and Wine.
The aforesaid motion also included that free licenses were to be
issued to all Board members and Firemen:
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Greinke,
that a resolution to borrow $500.00 from H. W. `ar to pay the
Compensation, Public Liability and erty damage Insurance.
The metton was passe with the following vote, Ayes: Sreinke, Haas,
Haberkamp, Harrington and
A motion was made by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Ville,
to pay Herman Scharringhausen $10.00 for attending the fire siren
in case of fire. The motion was passim -- -by the following vote, Ayes:
Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, and Ville no nays.
It. was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Haas
that the services of Theodore Moehling as police officer be die -
ensed with as of November 19th and that he be given fear days pay
due him aloe two weeks vacation pay, but that one weeks salary be
' held back until further notice. The motion was carried by the
following vote, Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington and N'ille.

A motion was made by Trustee "aberkamp 'and seconded by Trustee
Greinke that Arthur Gosch be hired as police officer beginning Jan.
1st, 1939, at $125 per month salary on a temporary basis. The
H toin was carried 'w1th the following vote: Ayes: greinke, Haas,
aberkamp, Harrington and Ville. No nays.
There being no further business to some before said meeting it
was regularly moved seconded and passed that same be adjourned.
