MINUTES OP A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE PRESIDENT & BOARD OP
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MT
PROSPECT, ILL. HELD ON THE 3RD
OF JANUARY 1939.
President Besander called the meeting to order and uponthe
Clerk calling the roll the following trustees were found to be *
presents Trustees, Greinke4 Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington and ff E NN t &
Mille.
The minutes of the December meeting wave read and - approved
on a motion made by Trustee Hennix seconded by Trustee Haas.
It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by Trustee
Haan that the following report of the tr be placed on file.
The motion was carried.

It was moved by Trustee li ennix and seconded by Trustee
drreinke °that the ' Special Assessment report be placed on file.

A motion was made by Trustee Hennix and seconded by Trustee
Mille that the following bills be paid. The motion was passed with
the following vote: Ayes, Greinke, 'iaas,..Haberkamp, Harrington,
I] Hennix and Wille, no nays.

It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Harrington authorizing lbhe Village Attorney to institute legal
proceedings to secure all records and doeunents in the possesiens
of former officials of the village which belong to the village.
The vote on said motion was as follows: Ayes, Greinke, Haas,
Haberkamp, Harrington, Hennix and Wille. No nays.
A motion was made, by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
Trustee Greinke to refer the matter of a skating pond to tote
Park.cornrnittee. The motion was carried.
It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by Trustee
Harrington to transfer the balance in the Old water fund to the
General Fund and have the treasurer distribute water deposit to
the water deposit fund. The vote was asfollows ayes: Greinke,
Haas, Haberkamp, Harrington, ilennix and Wille. No Nays.
A motion was made by Trustee Greinke and seconded by
Trustee Haberkamp to send notice to Harold Willson notifying
him to pay $2.0 per front foot on Wego trail, for his house as
# per resolution passed in the JJecember meeting. The vote was
as follows Ayes: Greinke, Haas Haberkamp, Harrington, iennix

# This motion also included the following wording: Unless provisions
are made to pay for said water connection, water will be turned off.
There being no further business to come before Aid meeting
it was regularly moved seconded and passed to adjourn.
