OF THE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF T 'TILLAGE OF MT
PROSPECT ILLINOIS, HELD ON
DECEMBER 5th, 1939.
President Besander called the meeting to order and upon the
clerk calling the roll the following trustees were found to be present
Trustees, Greinke, riaas, Haberkamp, .Iortimer and 'Ville. Trustee
Binkley was absent.
It was moved oy Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee
'ille that the minutes of the previous meeting oe approved as read.
The motion was c.erried .
4 motion was made by Trustee '9ille end seconded by Trustee
Greinke that the following report of the treasurer be accepted and
placed on file. The motion was carried.

It was moved oy Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee
Haas, that the judiciary committee contact Mr. Wodika the attorney
to arrange for him to meet with the board members at no charge.
The motion was carried.
There being no further business to come before said meeting
it was adjourned on a motion be Haberkamp and seconded by Ireinke.
