President Besander called the meeting to order and upon the Clerk calling the roll the following trustees were found to be presents Trustees, Binkley, Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and Mille. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved on amotiori made by Trustee Mortimer which was seconded by Trustee Haberkamp. The Special assessment report was authorized to be placed on t file a motion made by Trustee Greinke seconded by Trustee Haberkamp. It was moved by Trustee Mortimer and seconded_ by Trustee 'Dille that the chairman of the Judiciary committee write Mr. Wodika and have him make a written report of his activities since his employment in the village and to personally a ^pear before the village board at a date to be set by the President of the Village, .said appearance to JO be without charge. The motion was carried with the following vote, Cb Ayes: Binkley, Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and Wille. No nays. A motion was made by Trustee Mille and seconded by Trustee Binkley that a resolution to redivision w' rrant #15, John bieyns subdivision block 16 as to the 4 lots theron, be passed. The resolution was adopted with the following vote. Ayes: Binkley, Greinke, Haas. Haberkamp, Mortimer and Ville. No nays. It was moved by Trustee Binkley and seconded by Trustee Has that the Village accept the slide donated by the Lions Club,34153 The motion was carried with a vote of acclamation. A motion was then made by Trustee Mortimer and seconded by Trustee Haberkamp to thank the Lions Club for the toboggan slide. The motion was carried by a vote of acclamation. It was moved by Trustee Wille and seconded by Trustee Greinke that the following bills be paid. The motion was carried with the following vote.
