Minutes of a realar reset inz /
of the President & Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mt
Proapeet held on Mar.
5th, 1940, at the Village Hall.
President Besander called the melting to order and upon the
clerk calling the roll the following trustees were found to be
present,, Trustees: Binkley, sreinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer
and Willa. .
It was moved by Trustee Binkley and seconded by Trustee
C Haberkamp that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved
as read. The, motion was car~ied by a vote of acclamation.
A motion wis made by Trustee 3reinke and seconded by Trustee
Mortimer . that the following report of the treasurer be placed on
file. The motion was carried.

A motion was made by Trustee Mortimer and seconded by Trusts
Haas, to give Herman L. Scharrin;hausen a Vehicle license for

taking care of the Fire Siren at nig4t. The motiiln was carried
1: by the following vote. Ayes: Binkley, 3reinke, Haas, Haberkamp,
Mortimer and Wille. No nays.
It was moved by Trustee Mortimer and seconded by Trustee
Haas that the following bills be paid. ThemeStenwas passed with
the following vote Ayes: Binkley, Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp,
x. Mortimer and Wille. No nays.

It was moved by Trustee Mortimer and seoonddd by Trustee
,o'` . that Mr. Wodika be advanced $150.00 for advance .court

vote. Ayes: Binkley, Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and Willa.

A motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
h/ Trustee Wille, that an amended ordinance providing for the levying -.
,\W and assessing of taxes for the current fiscal year ofbthe Village
7 , of Mt Prospect, Illinois, commencing May 1st, 1939 and ending
April 30th, 1940, be passed. Said ordinace was adopted with the
following vote Ayes: Binkley., Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mau
Mortimer and Wille. No nays.
It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee Wills
that the Village borrow the sum of $1557.68 being 2% collection
fee alleged due formwer ellector John P. Moehling, said loan to
be secured by note, until such time as it is definately determined
what John P. Moehling owes the village. The motion was carried

by the following vote; Ayes; Binley, Greinke, Haas Haberkamp,
Mortimer and Wille. No nays.
There being no further business to come before said meeting
same was regularly adjourned on amotion mad eby Trustee Wille,
which was seconded by Trustee Haberkamp.
