President Besander called the meeting to order and upon the clerk calling the roll the following Trustees were found to be pres- ent, Trusteeas Binkley, Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and Wille. It was moved by Trustee Wille and seconded by Trustee Greinke 10 to accept the offer of the Liens Club to furnish to the village with- out charge street signs, the same to be installed by the village. The motion was carried with the following vote, Ayes, Greinke, . Binkley, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and Wille. No nays. .A motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Wille that the judiciary commit es, Mr. Lindgren and the President of the Board and its attorney meet with Lybrand, Ross Brothers and font emery to discuss completion of the audit. The motion was earned with the following vote. Ayess Binkley, Greinke, Haas, Haber - kamp, Mortimer and Wille. No nays. It was moved by Trustee Mortimer and seconded by Trustee W Hass that the following bills be laid. It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Mortimer that a committee be elected to investigate alll departments of the village to see if and wherea savings can be made to out the expenses of the village and to report at the next board meeting. The motion was carried by a vote of acclamation. Trustees Haberkamp, Mortimer and Wille, were named as the committee. There being no further business to come before said meeti g it was regularly moved seconded and passed to adjourn. ' '
