OF THE PRESIDENT & BOARD OF T TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MT PROSPECT ILLINOIS, HELD ON () JUNE Ith, 1940. r Preaident Besander called the meeting to order and upon the clerk calling the roll the following trustees were found to be present Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and Wille. The minutes of the previous meetings were approved as read, on a motion made by Trustee Haberkamp seconded by Trustee Greinke. E The following rep rt of the treasurer was ordered placed an file on a motion made by Trustee lreinke, which was seconded by Trustee Wille. TREASURERS REPORT GENERAL FUND: Overdrawn last report 232.08 Receipts 2398.77 pp 2166.69 Disbursements 1902.93 Balance 263.76 W WATER EXTENSION FUND: Bal. on hand last report 157.41 No receipts or disb. VEHICLE TAX & ROAD & BRIDGE TAX FUND: Bal. on hand last retort 1371.13 Receipts 16 98 1388.11 Disbursements 97.25 Balance 1290.86 WATER DEPOSIT T'UND : Bal. on hand last report 1090.00 No receipts or disb. It -yas moved by trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Greinke that the special assessment report beoplaced on file. The motion was c:iried. A motion was made by Trustee Mortimer and seconded by Trustee Haberkamp that the President meet with the sureties, the Village Board, and the Citizens committee at a convenient time 1] for all to discuss the Special assessment business. The motion was carried by a vote of acclamation. It was moved by Trustee Haas andseconded by Trustee Mille. that the following bills be paid. The motion was carried by the following vote. Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Habe kamp, Mortimer and 1111e. No nays. A motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Haas to concur in the following appointments of the President for the Judges and clerks of the Special election to be held on June 25th. Judges- Raymond Smith, Geo. L. Busse and Albert `Ville. Clerks Mrs. J. 2nerson and Mrs Gehringer. The motion was carried by a vote of acclamation. It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by Trustee Greinke that a light be installed on the corner of Thayer and Wille. f rerm.0 1 214 The motion was carried with the following vote. Ayes: Greinke, Hags Haberkamp, Mortimer and Ville. No nays. It was moved by Trustee sreinke and seconded by Trustee Mort Mortimer that the board accept the check of P. J. Robinson in the amount of $163.80 for tapping into the waterraain on the west side of Wego Trail. Ap'rox. 78'. The motion was carried by a vote of acclamation. The follwwing letter from Mr. Binkiey was left off the minutes of the last meeting in error in is hereby added to this minutes as part of the official records of the village.
