THE PRE3IDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES

28TH 1940.
President Besander called the meting to order and upon
the clerk calling the roll the following 'trustees were found
to be present, Trustees, Jreinke Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and
Wille. Trustee Pendleton was absent.

The Villa clerk reported that upon the instructions of
the President of the Board of trustees he had given notice to
all the members of the board of trustees of the herein named
meeting not later than three days prior thereto.
Whereupon an ordinance and a motion for its passage was
submitted by Trus te: Mortimer said ordinance being as follows:
"ORDINANCE
providing for the issuance of .1940 Tax Iraq
pp Anticipation Warrants of the Village of Mt Prospect,
Cr) in Cook County, Illinois."
The Village Clerk of the Village of Mt Prospect read
aloud to the President -end members of the board of trustees
present the contents of said.ordianance in its entirety.
The motion of Trustee Mortimer for the passage of said
ordinance was duly se conded by Trustee Haberkamp after which
said motion was submitted for the vote of the Trustees present,
and the result of said vote was as follows. Ayes, Greinke, Haas,
Haberkamp, Mortimer and %Ville. Nays, none.
A motion was made ay Trustee INK3_ and seconded oy
Trustee Has that the report afd 4udit made by Pearce and
Granata, Certified .uolic Accountants, of the Special Assessment
funds as of July 31st, 1938,( Said report oeing dated Nov. Stn,
1940.) be accepteJ in its entirety and that the balance of their
fees be Hallowed them, the vote on said motion being as followss
Ayes Greinke, Hles, Mortimer and Wille.
Nays- None
Passed- Haberkamp
Thereupon a motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded
by Trustee Greinke, that the meeting adjourn.
