The following letter was read by the clerk: Edwin 'L. Besse, Village Jlerk, Mt Prospect, Ill. Dear Mr. Busse: Will younkindly call a meeting of all of the trustees of the village board of Mt Prospect, Ill. for Monday evening February 24th at the village hall. This meeting will be held for the purpose of making some decision in the Wolf Coal company matter and other matters. I. E. 33esander,Pres. The tasetk President called the meeting to order and upon the clerk telling the roll the following trustees were found to be present. Trustees: areinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Cr) Mortimer a d 1Ville. Trustee Pendleton was absent. W It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp add seconded by Trustee Greinke, that a resoulution be passed as followst Resolved, that Samuel Wodika, of Chicago be and is hereby released of all further status and responsibilities as attorney for the Village of Mt _='rospect, Illinois, as of this date and ti that he be re4uired to turn over all papers and property of the Village of Mt prospect, Illinois, that he may have in his possession forthwith. Said resolution was adopte with the following veto Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and 'Ville. No nays. Mayor Besander then requested that the Board concur in the appointment of Henry O. Nickel, as 'Pillage Attoreney for the balance of the fiscal year. It was moved by Trustee Mortimer and seconded by Trustee Haas that the appointmen$ of Henry O. Nickel& as Village attorney be concurred in. The motion was carried with the following vote Ayes: sreinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and 'Ville No Nays. There being no further business to come before said special meeting it was regularly moved, seconded aa.d passed to adjourn. (: r,.
