Minutes of a regular meeting
of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mt
Prospect,Illinois, held on
April 15th, 1941, at the Village
Hall.
President Besander called the meeting to order and upon
the clerk calling the roll the following trustees were found to be
present: Trustees Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, Mortimer and Wille.
It was moved by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
T ustee Greinke, to pay Edwin L. Busse the sum of $100.00 for his
in recording the permanent registrations for the past four
years. The motion was carried with the following vote: Ayes: Greinke
Haas, Haberkamp and Wille. No nays.
A motion was made b/ trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
Trustee Greinke that the following salaries of the officers and the
Board of Health be paid. The motion carried with the folliwng vote:
Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp and 'Ville. No nays.

It was moved by Trustee Greinke and seconded by Trustee
Haas that the pay of the Judges and clerks of the elecyion be paid.
The motion was carried asxfollows Ayes: Greinke, Haas, Haberkap & Wille.
A motion was made by Trustee Haberkamp and seconded by
Trustee Greinke that the vote of the election be canvassed. The motion
carried and the following result of the election follows:

It was moved by Trustee Haas and seconded by Trustee
Habetkamp that the following be declared elected to the following
offices. President, I. E. Besander, Trustees: Herman Haas, Emitl
Greinke and Elmer Wille. To fill the unexpired term of Pendleton,
Kermit Le May,Police Magistrate, R. E. Gould and Village Clerk,
S. W. Burda. The motion was carried by a vote of acclamation.
There being no further business to come before said
meeting same was rggularly adjourned.
