MINUTES OF A REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING
HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL MT.PROSPECT
ILLINOIS BY TEE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF _ TRUSTEES TUESDAY YOVEUBER 4th,1941.
The meeting was called to orderby president '_?esander, the
roll being called the following Trustees were found to be present:
Greinke, ITaas, Farerkamp, T:'ortirler, `rifle. Trustee Let ay absent.
Minuts of the previous meeting were then read ard it was moved
by Trustee Faberkamp, seconded by Trustee ille, that they be
accepted as read.
Lotion carried. •
Joanne I'oester then spoke for the Camp Fire girls with a request
that ti -ey be permitted to plant Elm trees on Prospect Manor West of
rain Street. This offer was unanirnously accepted, and assurance
given that the .girls will receive full cooperation.
The clerk read a letter addressed by Yiss I ';hard, praising
the effect of the newly installed lights on the highway.
The letter was placed on file.

that permission be given to Mr. 7-Tarry Turk for the removal or repla-
cing trees at the discretion of the Cori m.ittee.

.A letter fron. our Police Magistrate Mr. Ralph E. Gould relative
to r=oneys collected for various fines zxx— Y request the au
thorization for its proper distribution was read, There seemed to
be the question that some of the fines collected, the State "lay demand.
Er. Gould requests that the moneys be either put up in escrow, or
such provisions made that will relieve him of all personal res-
ponsibilities, The natter was decided that same be taken up with
Er. renry 0. Mickel the Village attorney for advisement.

A motion made by Trustee Hebrkamp, seconded by Trustee'7ille
that free vehicle tax be given the members of the Village 'hoard and
tie Fire Department.
A motion made by Trustee Haberkamp, seconded by Trustee Greinke
" that a cor-itte be appointed to investigate delinquent taxes, be
continued, and that said cornmitte is further authorized to consult
with the Village Attorney and the States Attorney with a view to ' °"
taking such action as may be deemed advisable, and a sum of 100.00
be appropriated to be used for incidentals expenses in connection
with the work of said committee.

A letter from our Village Attorney Mr. Henry 0. ?Nickel
with an answer of the Chicago 2c Northwestern RR Co. in reference
to gates was read and placed on file.
There being no further buiiness to bring before this meeting
it was moved by Trustee Haberkamp, seconded by Trustee Mortimer that
the meeting be adjourned.
Motion carried.
