JANUARY, 1943. President Besander called the meetin._ to order. The roll being called the following trustees were present: LeMay, ;Dille, Haberkamp. Trustee Mortimer, Haas and Greinke were absent. There not being a :quorum present the meet- ing was postponed until January 12., 1943. MINUTES 02 POSTPONED LiE i't HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL AT :LLT. The roll being called, the following trustees were present. Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, LeMay, Mortimer and ;Dille. The minutes of December 1,1942 regular meeting and January 5,1943 regular meet- ing were read and it was moved by Trustee Mortimer and seconded by Trustee Haberkamp that the minutes be accepted as read. Ayes, Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, LeMay, Mortimer and Dille. No naves. Ayes, Greinke, Haas, Hab:erkamp, LeMay, Mortimer and Wille. No Hayes. It was movea by Trustee Greinke and seconded by Trustee Wille that the special assessment report be placed on file. A yes, Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp, LeMay, Mortimer and Wille. No nayes. President Besander called for and received reports from all operating committees. During the discussion of the Police Report, T rustee Mortimer moved that Walter • L ad r'oslund, a former Police Officer of the Village, who was recently inducted into the army, be granted a ten day military vacation with pay. Ayes, Greinke, Haas, Haber'kmp, LeMay, Mortimer and Wille. No nayes. The following bills were read: Jhicago Regional Planning Assoc. 'yolck inquired as to why the snow had not been plowed from the sidewalk on North T.merson Street. Street Supt. Ltulso advised that the plow had broken down and it was necessary to wait for repair but that the street would be plowed on the following day. There being' no further business to come before the Board, it was moved by Trustee Mortimer anti seconded by Trustee Haberkamp, th.t the meeting be adjourned. Mot ion carri I '
