The roll being called the following Trustees were found to be presents Greinke, Haas, Haberkamp,LeMay,Mortimer,Wille. The minute of the previous meeting were read, it Vas moved by Trustee Greinke, seconded by Trustee Haas, that they be accepted as read. Motion carried. a c HMI, 11..d e 1. %. 36:3 At the request df` the Village Board, the Village Clerk wrote a letter of to Dr. Piszcaek, at the same time extending him a most cordial invitation to attend one of our Village meetings. JO Mr. Frank Wolk reported an accident which occurred on North Ville St., and requested the acceptance of the Village that section in Wille St., in the 400 Block. The accident en the street involved one of his children. At the suggestion of the Village Attorney, he was informed to submit -a petition for the action of the Board. There being no more business to bring before this meeting it was moved by Trustee Hebrkamp ,seconded by Trustee Wills that same be recessed for 15 minutes and resumed with the newly elected Board of Trustees, in their respective places. Motion carried. 364 A letter from O.S.Tohnaon was read and laced on file. Same was referred to the Park Committee for full investigation and a report to be submitted at the'next Board Meeting. A letter under date of April 21st, signed by T.B.Combs, was read,placed on file and refer.red•te Sanitation Committee. It was moved by Trustee Wax, seconded by Trustee Mott, that the Mt. Prospect State Bank, and the First National Bank of Chicago be designated as depositories for the funds of the Village Treasurer Collector. Ayes: Greinke ,Haas,Kirchhoff,Mott,Wax,Wille. No Nayee. Motion carried. , ,,,, A petition signed some of the residents on N..Wille St., ✓ in the 400 block requesting that the Village accept their street was read and referred to the Street & Sidewalk Committee. There being no further business to bring before this meeting it was moved by Trustee Haas, seconded by Trustee Ville that same be adjourned. Motion Carried.
