The President called the meeting to order at 8.20 pm, the roll being called the following Trustees were found to be present. Greinke, Haas,- Kirchhoff, Mott, Wax, Wille. Following was the reading and discussion of the appropration bill. A motion made by Trustee Mott, seconded by Trustee Wax that the Village Attorney be instructed to revise the garbage Ordinance eliminating themerem all reference to ashes, and miscellaneous .;.r waste and make whatever changes that may be deemed necessary and proper. Ayes:Greg nice, Haae ,Kirehhoff,Mott,Wax,Wille.No Mayes: Carried. A letter signed by President I.E.Besander under date of June 15th, was read: - To the Honorable Board of Trustees, of the Village of Mt. Prospect 111. Gentlemen: By virtue of authority conferred upon me by ordi- nance I hereby appoint the following officials of the Village of Mt. Prospect Ill, for the term beginning May lst, 1943, and expiring Ipril 50th, 1945 and respectfully ask your concurrence therein. Mr. Fred G. Mille Treasurer & Collector. Mr. Frank Bierman Fire Chief. Mr. Wm. Mulso Supt.of Buildings,Supt. of Water Works and Commissioner of Streets. Mr. Edwin Greinke Asst. Supt. of Bidgs, Water Works, and Streets. Mr. Geo.Whittenberg Chief of Police. Prospect Fire Dept., Mare an opportunity to purchase a very suitable lot, for future use and wanted the attitude of the Board. The Board felt very favorable and referred same to Trustee Greinke. It was moved by Trustee Wax, seconded by Trustee Mott, that meeting be r`cessed and resumed on Tuesday Jun, 22nd, to complete the unfinished business. Motion Carried.
