OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, HELD
ON THE 17TH DAY OF APRIL, 1945 A.L.
President Besander called the meeting to order at 8:15 P.M. and
upon calling of the roll, the following trustees responded: Haas,
Kirchhoff, Mott, lax and sille. Trustee Greinke was absent.
The President stated that the meeting was being held for the
purpose of canvassing the votes of the Municipal election. A motion
was m de by Trustee Haas -nd seconded by Trustee Kirchhoff that the votes
be canvassed. Motion carried.
The canvass showed the f ollLwing results :',
FOR PRESIDENT:
Maurice B. Pendleton 299 votes
Frank U. Schott - 12 "
Frank Schott - 5

FOR TRUSTEES:
Russell A. Hartwig - 305 votes

Roy E. Schlemmer - 317 votes
FOR POLICE MAGISTRATE:

It was moved bk Trustee Kirchhoff, seconded by Trustee Mott thet
the following be declared elected to the office opposite their respective
names:
Maurice B. Pendleton - President of the Village Board
Russell A. Hartwig - Trustee
Theodore A. Lams
Fred E. welsh - ='
Koy S. Schlemmer - Clerk

There being no further business to come before this meeting, it was
moved by Trustee wax and seconded by Trustee Haas that the meeting be ad-
journed.
