PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES, HELD
IN THE VILLAGE HALL, MT—PROSPECT,
ILLINOIS, ON THE 29TH DAY OF MAY,
1 94 6 , A.D.
The meeting was called to order by President Pendleton. The roll
was called and the following Trustees responded: Hartwig, Lams, Mott and
Wax. Trustees Kirchhoff and Welsh were absent.

The following communication was then read:

Mt. Prospect, 111.
Dear Sir:
Will you please call a special meeting of the
Village Board of Trustees to be held in the
Village Hall May 29 at nine P.M. The purpose
of this meeting is to act on the plat for the
Lonnquist First Addition and to take action on
the Wild resolution for the foreclosure of
Special Assessments and to take care of any
other business that may be legally brought be-
fore the Board.

• The Clerk then read a letter from the Planning Commission
recommending the approval by the Village Board of a plat 'First Addition
To Lonnquist Gardens ", subject to and in compliance with the Mount Pros-
pect Village Plan and Zoning Ordinance as set forth in Article II, Section
5, sub - paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), and (e) inclusive.
"A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF 'FIRST ADDITION TO LONNQUIST
GARDENS'°NO. 16 -46" was read and passed on a motion by Trustee Mott and
second of Trustee Hartwig. Ayes: Hartwig, Lams, Mott and Wax. No nayes.
A "RESOLUTION FOR THE FORECLOSURE OF LIEN OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
NO. 17 -46" was read. It was moved by Trustee Mott, seconded by Trustee
Lams that the resolution be passed. Ayes: Hartwig, Lams, Mott and Wax.
No nayes.
There being no further business to come before this meeting, it
was moved by Trustee Mott and seconded by Trustee Wax that the meeting
be adjourned. Motion carried.
