CLOSED SESSION
SEPTEMBER 2, 2008
The meeting was convened at 8:00 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room of
Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor Irvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed Session
were: Trustees John Korn, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek, Steven Polit and Michael Zadel. Staff
present included Village Manager Michael Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl.

a ; Village Manager Janonis provided an update to the Village Board regarding the settlement of

the Jamie Williams case and stated that the case has been concluded with an acceptance of
c settlement.
:. Personnel Discussion

Mayor Wilks lead the discussion regarding a possible Trustee replacement for Trustee
nri Corcoran.
A There was no further discussion in Closed Session. Meeting moved into Open Session at 8:35
