CLOSED SESSION
APRIL 22, 2008
The meeting was convened at 10:10 p.m., in the third floor Executive Conference Room
of Village Hall, 50 South Emerson, by Mayor lrvana Wilks. Those present at the Closed
Session were: Trustees Timothy Corcoran, Paul Hoefert, Arlene Juracek, Joh Korn,
Richard Lohrstorfer and Michael Zadel. Staff present included Village Manager Michael
Janonis and Assistant Village Manager David Strahl. The purpose of the Closed
Session was to discuss Land Acquisition and Personnel.

PERSONNEL DISCUSSION
Assistant Village Manager David Strahl provided a summary of the vacation change
(that was negotiated with the various labor unions with the Village and the projected
\ financial impact upon the Village if the same vacation enhancement were to be
,,extended to non -union employees. Assistant Manager Strahl also provided a summary
Of the current labor contracts and the status of negotiations regarding the Public Works
� bontract and the Fire Fighter contract.
