Personnel
Village Manager Janonis provided information regarding Charges that are to be filed with
Firefighter /Paramedic Timothy Cunningham. He wanted to bring this information to the Board's
attention in case there are additional anonymous letters if the press picks up on these Charges since
Cunningham's attorney is Keith Hunt.
Fire Chief Figolah left the meeting at 10:05 p.m.
Village Manager Janonis also requested the Board allow him to change the attorney that represents
the two Chiefs, Police and Fire, and to assign a new attorney to represent the Board of Fire and
Police Commissioners. He is interested in moving Buzz Hill to become the Chiefs' attorney and
obtain a new attorney for the BOFPC representation. The Village Board was supportive of this
change.
