Re: Prospect Manor Subdivision
May 2, 1950
184 Gentlemen:
Please aecert tits letter as a petition to
cbanpe the «oninp of Lots 6 to 12, both inclusive
in Block 24 in the captioned subdivision, from
duplex residential to the business Property.
We feel that since one corner of this block
is business property, that the rest of the block
facing on Northwest Highway should be so zoned.
We ere contemplating, some time in the
near future, if this zoning renuest is granted,
to construct a bowling alley on this site.
Yours very truly
