MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES, HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL
BUILDING, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 5, 1950
The meeting was called to order by President
Pendleton at 8:10 P.M. and the Clerk was then directed
to call the roll.
On roll call the following Trustees answered
"Present ": Bayne, Bydal, Hartwig, Lams, Mott and Walker.
Absent: None.
Pe" The L'lerk then read the minutes of the regular
meeting held November 14th.
A motion was made by Trustee Mott, seconded by
Bayne, that the minutes be approved as read. The President
put the question and the Clerk called the roll with the
following results: Ayes: All; Nays: None. Thereupon the
President declared the motion carried and said minutes
approved.
The motion was made by Trustee Walker, seconded
by Hartwig, to authorize the Village attorney to draft an
ordinance revising present vehicle ordinance to provide for
a fifty cent discount on vehicle tax, instead of present
one dollar, if paid on or before March 1st. The President
December 5, 1950
')-f 8 put the question and the Clerk called the roll with
the following results: Ayes: Trustees Bayne, Bydal,
Hartwig, Mott, and Walker. Nays: Trustee Lams. There -
uron the President declared the motion .tarried.
A letter, dated December 4th, from S.B.
Geiger and Company regarding correction of pumping
equipment at number 4 well was then read. The communi-
cation was referred to the Water Committee.
The Clerk then read ORDINANCE NO. n4 entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION VI OF ORDINANCE NO. 164
AS AMENDED." (Water 4orks System Ordinance)
A motion was then made by Trustee Bydal,
seconded by Lams, that the ordinance be passed. The
President rut the question and the Clerk called the
roll with the following results: Ayes: All; Nays: None.
Thereur_on the President declared the motion carried
and said ordinance passed and approved.
The Clerk then rend a letter, dated November
Plst, on Memory Line - Section 4 -CS, regarding final
pnv!nent for paving. The letter was placed on file.
The following communication was then read:

Mount Prospect, Illinois
Gentlemen:
The request of Roy F. and Marion L. Stolzman
to combine lots 135 and 176 into a new parcel to
be designated at Lot A in Laudermilk Villa sub-
division, Mount Prospect, Illinois, is not
contrary to the Village Flan and Your Planning
Commission recommend arrroval of the proposal. ,,,

There being no further business to come before
the meeting a motion was made by Trustee Hartwig,
seconded by Bayne, that the meeting be adjourned. The
motion was voted upon by acclamation, whereuron the
President declared the motion carried and the meeting
renal erly ad iourned.
