we stated the following:
"In order to assume that disch €rpe from the
McIntosh prorerty will not exceed the normal caracity
of the existing 12 inch outlet connection, it will
he necessary to omit 177 feet of the ten inch pipe
and substi tfite, therefore, a section of 6 inch
throttle rire. Beoause of its snall size, only about
1.1 cubic feet per second could flow throu)h this
throttle pine even If water were standing et the top '
of the ground in the rest of the prorosed new tile
sys tam."
"Use of such a throttle device w i l l result in
water standirr ir low spots of the McIntosh Property
for e considerable time after e rain, 1ower.irP
slowly es the restricted diseherre Preduf►1.iy
all owed the accumulated water to run off."
April 22, 1952
"Irovi.ded the Distr' ct requires the use of the 28f
177 font section of 6 inch throttle rise, maximum
runoff from the MCIntosh rrorertv should rot, be any
greater than nt Present."
The F i reh throttle sire referred to in +he 'ore -

existinp 12 inch lire and the renrrnnped tile system.
The ripe world be of vitrified tile T33 feet in length

by the frictior created bv the wells of the rite.
This friction restricts the flow of rater through,
the rite by env Predetermined quent tv desired.
